Barclays set out to refresh the barclaycard visual identity, ensuring a stronger alignment with the overarching Barclays Brand. The challenge was to craft a distinct and recognisable look for Barclaycard while integrating key brand assets, such as icons and the established Barclays colour palette. This rebrand aimed to strike a balance between consistency and individuality - maintaining the trust and heritage of Barclays while giving Barclaycard its own unique visual presence.
